Hi, I'm Sergio 👋🏻

I'm a Software & Cloud Architect and Backend Engineer with 20+ years of experience designing and building enterprise-grade distributed systems. I specialize in cloud-native architectures on AWS and backend development with Java and Quarkus.

Over the past decade I've led cloud migrations, designed multi-client AWS infrastructures, and delivered full end-to-end projects — from requirements analysis and team leading to hands-on development and DevOps. I'm currently working on a fintech platform ( Welfin ) built on microservices, AWS Bedrock, and Lex AI.

I hold the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification and I'm actively exploring AI tooling — recently certified by Anthropic on Claude 101 and Claude Code in Action .
